We have just finished our first full week of ministry in Cambodia! We are working with a ministry called, New Day New Life. We work in various villages around Siem Reap.

After 4 days of travel, we arrived in Cambodia. Unfortunately, nearing the end of training camp I started to get sick. I was sick throughout all of travel and majority of the first week of ministry. Thankfully, the Lord is a healer and I am much better and healthy! Please keep praying for good health protection over myself and my team while germs, diseases, and spiritual warfare are present.

God has been teaching me to trust Him and lean on Him in a deeper way, these past weeks. The enemy has been trying to attack my mind about fear of the mosquito diseases here, but God truly is my protector! Learning to be in constant prayer and conversation with Him, is teaching me to trust Him deeper. I am surrendering my health to Him. The Lord has called me to Cambodia and Thailand and He is going to protect me the whole time! How cool is it, that the Lord will put us in the uncomfortable to draw us closer and deeper dependence on Him! Wow!

I love working with the children here, in Cambodia. They have so much joy and love in their hearts. This past week, we observed what the ministry was like. Now, starting next week, we will start to teach the English and Bible classes. I am excited to see how my teaching skills will be used here.

Attached are we few photos of my time here in Cambodia!

In Christ,
Olivia
